Every Tuesday and Wednesday morning at Berkeley Lake Park in Denver, I host a small, stroller-friendly community walk for families with little ones.

Any caregiver. Any question. Any topic. A whole kitchen sink of parenting support, outdoors, capped at 8 families, so every walk stays warm and personal.

Postpartum recovery. Sleep. Toileting. Behavior. New siblings. Strong-willed kids. Neurodivergence. Tantrums. All of it welcome. None of it judged.
